We are looking for a strong sales leader to manage a team of 8-12 sales professionals. The right person for this role is an experienced sales leader who can motivate their team and achieve results. It is someone who knows what world-class sales and customer centricity looks like. **Accountability and Position Summary** The Sales Manager is

accountable for leading, coaching

and managing a team of Account Executives (AE's) to achieve individual sales targets and optimize customer experience. This sales leader must be able to measure, monitor and hold AE's accountable for their activities and results as well as lead by example. This leader should mentor each AE individually while also building a strong cohesive, collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities** *

Delivering on sales results (business closed) *

Mentoring and coaching a team of new and experienced sales professionals *

Directing the Account Executives activities as required *

Provide support managing customer expectations and meeting requirements of customers *

Escalations of issues *

Monitoring, forecasting and measurement of sales objectives, customer satisfaction. *

Management of performance deliverables of the sales team including team and individual KPIs (Key performance indicators Indicators) **Specific Functional / Technical Knowledge and Skills** *

Experience selling telecommunication services, Unified communications in particular *

Management of sales teams *

Knowledge and skills in value-based, solution sales methodology **OTHER SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/ATTRIBUTES** *

Strong coaching and mentoring skills *

Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams

5 years successful track record in sales *
