Common PT Software, Drivers and Transmission is responsible for the design, development and validation of control systems related to A/C, Alternator, Starting, Thermal Systems and Vehicle Propulsive Systems. We develop key technologies and capabilities to optimize and enhance drivability, fuel economy, emissions, and overall customer experience. We are seeking a talented and innovative Control System Engineer to join our team and work on the development of next-generation powertrain control software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems engineering, a passion for automotive technology, and a drive to push the boundaries of innovation in the field. POSITION IS HYBRID RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SYSTEM ENGINEER: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems for automotive applications Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of control systems for automotive applications Analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions to enhance software performance and efficiency Stay current on industry trends and advancements in control systems for automotive applications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR SYSTEM ENGINEER: 2-3 years Education Required: BSCS, BSEE, BSCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SYSTEM ENGINEER: Bachelor's in Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 3 years of proven experience in integrating control systems for automotive applications Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, or Simulink Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities BENEFITS Medical, Dental, PTO, Holiday tailored to meet your needs. 401K/Match, $15,000 Life Insurance, Award-Winning Employee Care Program.
