Our Sales Coordinator for Salon, International and New Business Development will provide key administrative and customer support for our domestic professional channels (“Salons”), international omni-channel businesses, and new business development efforts. This will include coordination for our distributor relationships, management of our order placement processes, tracking and support for our order fulfilment, communication of order status, marketing info and asset updates to customers. In addition, the Sales Coordinator will help facilitate the enhancement of our on-line ordering portals, develop and improve sales operational processes, and encourage cross-functional collaboration. The Sales Coordinator must be willing to embrace the dynamic culture with startup mentality by being open and flexible, willing to support the business as needed to achieve goals and best support partners. This position reports to the VP Sales & Trade Marketing | Salon, International and New Business Development.This is a Boston based, hybrid role (in-office 2 days/week). Responsibilities + Provide order administration duties to include product orders, sample requests, shipping issues and other pertinent items + Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute new item launches, promotional offerings, and various collection/kit + Manage assets for Global partners on file sharing platform + Support the professional account setup process, including approvals and management of inbox communication + Manage PO# creation process + Maintain salon master data, including addresses, contact information, and other relevant sales information + Manage marketing communication to sales & education and serve as point of contact for requests from sales team and distributor partners + Work with sales and operations to ensure timely execution and delivery of promotions & gratis initiatives, including BOM creation and coordination with ops team Requirements + Desire to learn about beauty industry, with holistic view of cross functional teams + Entrepreneurial spirit, go-getter positive attitude + Proactive professional with 1-3 years of sales support or customer service experience + Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales-driven environment + Start-up or small company experience with multi-faceted roles desired + Capable of establishing good personal relationship + Responsible and extremely resourceful in finding answers and solutions when information and data is not readily availabl + Good organizational skills with a high level of attention to detai + Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment + Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated analytical skills also desired + Historically, women and people have color have felt they need to beoverqualified to apply; we encourage anyone who feels they candothis job to apply #LI-FC1
