Job Summary:Suburban Subaru is seeking a Part-Time Automotive Receptionist & Registration Clerk to join our team in Vernon, Connecticut for nights until 7 pm and weekends As a Receptionist and Registration Clerk, you will be responsible for welcoming and attending to all visitors and ensuring that all customer inquiries and requests are met in an efficient and friendly manner. You will also be responsible for processing and managing all vehicle registrations and related paperwork for our customers. This is a dynamic and customer-focused role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.Compensation & Benefits:This is a Part-Time, hourly position in the automotive industry. Weekend (Saturday AND Sunday) and Evening availability until 7:00 pm is a must. The hourly rate for this position is competitive and will be based on experience. As a member of our team, you will also have access to various benefits including employee discounts and career development opportunities.Responsibilities:- Greet and attend to all visitors and customers in a warm and professional manner- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual- Collect and process customer information for vehicle registrations and other paperwork- Maintain and update registration records accurately and promptly- Provide customers with accurate and prompt information regarding their vehicles' registrations and related inquiries- Follow up with customers as needed and ensure timely completion of all registration processes- Maintain a clean and organized reception and registration area- Assist with general administrative duties as neededRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Knowledge of CT DMV vehicle registration processes and paperwork is a must- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusEEOC statement:At Suburban Subaru, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
