What You'll Do:
- Manage, create, and track purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm order details and delivery timelines
- Verify inventory records and resolve any discrepancies to maintain order accuracy
- Support our finance and procurement teams with regular reporting and data updates
- attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities with ease
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or related fields is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP; experience with ERP systems is a bonus

Responsibilities
- SAP software experience or similar a plus
- Administrative duties involving entering work order via SAP software
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Maintaining files accurately
- Working alongside team memebers
