SUMMARY

D&H is starting a journey to select and implement an ERP system that will optimize our operations to provide increased value to the partners we serve.D&H recognizes the vital step Organizational Change Management (OCM) plays ensuring a successful and sustainable adoption of technology and methodology.The OCM Leader will play a pivotal role understanding the impacts of the change, developing communication strategies, mitigating resistance, supporting training, and ensuring full user adoption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder Engagement Planning & Delivery:

•Develop communications approach in alignment with senior leaders

•Create and maintain calendar of communications.Provide input, support creation and distribution (working closely with Communications team).

•Engage with stakeholders at all levels and ensure that everyone understands the implications of process changes.

Facilitate communication, address concerns, and promote buy-in.

Change Impact Assessments

•Assess the impact of business processes across the entire organization, not limited to the ERP project.

•Analyze how changes affect different departments, teams, and individuals.

•Create plans to mitigate negative change impacts.

•Monitor and track changes in the current business process and organizational structure and assess impact to the ERP project.

Resistance Mitigation:

•Pre-emptively consider resistance areas and assess impact of change (scope and level) to convey a shared vision of acceptance.

•Works with business change agents to develop specific action steps to help mitigate negative impacts.

Change Readiness and Training:

•Develop strategies to enhance employees' readiness, including training programs, workshops, and communication plans.

•Develop user training strategy in alignment with senior leaders.

•Create and maintain training calendar.Provide input, support design and delivery of training programs (working closely with Learning & Development team)

Organization/Process Design:

•Collaborate with Program Leadership and Process Owners to develop future state organization structure, EG. evolution from current vertical/function-based model to process oriented structure.

•Participate in pre-implementation project and implementation design workshops, guiding participants to focus on harnessing potential of new solutions and avoid recreating current systems in new environment.

Feedback Loop:

•Establish mechanisms for ongoing feedback.

•Collect insights from employees, track progress, and adjust strategies based on real-world experiences.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent work experience

Previous experience working on large-scale organizational change efforts

Previous experience gained in a change management/technology adoption position

Experience of leading the development and implementation of an internal communications strategy

High level of written and spoken English

A confident, outward-looking, proactive communicator

Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite

(Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Excellent communication and influencing skills including negotiating and coaching

Demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a high performing team within a fast-paced, target driven environment

Ability to provide effective leadership, build positive team spirit and inspire, motivate, and support teammates

Holds relevant change management qualification (Certified PROSCI Change Management Professional)

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

A solid understanding of change processes and demonstrates experience of delivering a variety of change projects that cover people, processes, and technology

Demonstrates knowledge of relevant management and business change techniques such as business process modelling and re-engineering

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and experience of utilizing them when implementing change

Detailed knowledge of the business environment and an understanding of the management structures, politics, and culture of the organization

Possesses the ability to marshal and manage resources (people, funding, materials, and support) to achieve a project or task

Experience of working within a globally diverse environment, showing an understanding of and keen interest in equality, diversity, and inclusion

Able to manage own time efficiently and to manage multiple activities in parallel to accomplish the goals

Exceptional organization skills, experience of successfully delivering multiple complex projects
