This includes preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, additional information, and managing the listings in the Intermountain MLS.

A Listing Coordinator for real estate is someone responsible for all of the communication and documentation involved in a real estate transaction. This role involves coordinating with agents, clients, photographers, videographers, and other marketing partners to create beautiful property listings.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service. This person must be exceedingly well organized, very detailed, flexible, and be excited to work with one of the top real estate teams in Southern Idaho. Responsibilities

•Oversee the entire listing process from initial property intake to final sale, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
•Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for listings, including online and offline campaigns.
•Schedule Installation and removal of all listing or development signage.
•Provide marketing reports and showing/open house feedback metrics to listing agents and clients weekly, making recommendations for improvement.
•Ensure all listings comply with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

•1 year Listing Coordinator or real estate industry experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Thrives on providing excellent customer service
•High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
•Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
•Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
