Business Brief Our Reconstruction Divisions is responsible for rebuilding/repairing both residential and commercial structures following a water or fire incident. This is a $4M division of our company and continues to grow year over year.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establish customer relationship for construction and reconstruction services

Educate customer on the construction process

Work with customers to understand desired upgrades/changes

Ensure that estimates meet client requirements

Preparation of Project Budgets

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

1-2 years general construction knowledge

Strong general knowledge of construction estimating practices

Experience negotiating with insurance adjusters and subcontractors

Superb customer service experience

Effective written and oral communication

Proficient use of Xactimate or Symbility or similar estimating software is a required

Comfortable with technology, including Apple iPad

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Bilingual is a plus

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud.
