With your professional expertise you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice. YOUR MISSION Plan and facilitate face to face and virtual training workshops and meetings which are focused on developing leadership in the field (Inspire, train and motivate) Analyze and understand all key performance indicator reports (Active member count, Productivity, New Joiners, Retention, Avg Order, Leadership count per status, Personal and Downline Volume, etc.) Become an expert on Healy’s Compensation Plan. Analyze and identify areas of opportunity for growth within the market and within the Leader’s individual organization. Track key performance indicators and take corrective action when necessary to achieve USA KPI’s. Train, coach and develop lower rank Leaders to rank advance through Healy’s Career path. Create and manage a local and region level training (monthly and quarterly) calendar. Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive field morale by providing inspirational leadership and recognition. Set priorities and manage schedule for efficiency, cost effectiveness and results. Provide sales force and consumer feedback as necessary to the Head of Sales - Americas. YOUR PROFILE 5+ years of professional direct selling and network marketing experience within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment Demonstrable Field Leadership experience. Ability to develop duplicity within our Independent Sales Force Capacity to operate autonomously within a team environment Ability to build relationships with leaders and potential leaders Strong skills in public speaking, creating training content, and strategic planning. Creating both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for the senior sales management and other departments Strong analytical skills, acting independently with a pro-active approach and a sense of responsibility Experience working with multinational markets A solution- and action-oriented mindset Managerial courage and the ability to motivate others High proficiency in MS Office programs Bilingual English and Spanish; French or Mandarin is a plus.
