PERI is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join the PERI family The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the territory's sales efforts to maintain and gain client accounts. The Sales Manager will implement strategies to identify growth opportunities, meet financial business targets, and help improve the customer experience over time in the assigned geographical territory.
**What you'll do on a typical day:**
* Assist in the qualification and closure of key business opportunities
* Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
* Develop and achieve extensive annual sales and profit business plans
* Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to increase market capture and placement for existing and new projects.
* Forecast hiring needs for designated region and manage sales budget and expenditures
* Collaborate cross-functionally (with Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams) to ensure execution of revenue growth plans and current and future goals and drive 100% customer satisfaction.
* Create and maintain a revenue forecast and project pipeline for the Sales Territory
* Utilize and drive the use of sales tools and resources (CRM, marketing )
**What you'll need to be successful:**
* An understanding of end-to-end sales process and customer lifecycle
* Ability to be detailed oriented while maintaining a strategic outlook
* Possess a demonstrated track record of developing and leading high performing sales teams within competitive business environments. Enjoys the role of mentor and coach
* Critical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills
* Results-oriented and data-driven mind-set
* Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions and be accepted as a trusted advisor
* Exceptional communicator with well-developed presentation and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable dealing at all levels internally and externally
* Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field
