Job duties


Performs a broad range of administrative duties, which includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, preparing correspondence, maintaining files, maintaining schedules, gathering data, preparing reports, and receiving visitors. Works in a team environment and may work on team projects and with other departments.May work on assignments and projects that are moderately complex in nature where judgment and analysis are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

Essential Job Functions
Greet guests entering the building and help direct them where they need to go.
Ensure the Home Office is open and all rooms are functional and clean
Maintains kitchen area, loads dishwasher, keeps area clean, orders supplies etc.
Answer and manage the phones calls received. •Assists with various administrative matters, including the composition and preparation of confidential correspondence and reports.
Supports Sales and Marketing with general admin responsibilities
Assists with Accounts Payable and Account Receivable with scanning, tracking, and processing payments and refunds.
Develops and prepares spreadsheets, pdfs, flowcharts, graphs, PowerPoint, Visio presentations and other documents required for presentation of data.
Develops, updates, maintains and organizes files both electronic and hard copies.
Problem?solves by responding to various inquiries from community associates, residents, and families.
Assists with processes and maintains vendor and contractor Certificates of Insurance
Assists with maintaining vendor contracts database with ability to enter data from various sources and run reports as needed.
Supports closing development transactions including document preparation and closing mechanics.
Assists with scholarship program applications and maintains W9 information.
Processes department copying, faxing, shipping, ordering supplies, etc.
Answers phones, retrieves and distributes mail for the Home Office when needed.
Orders lunch for events
Follows all Covid protocols that are set forth in the Home Office.
Generates and maintains various reports and manuals. Coordinates meetings, appointments and catering.
Maintains membership information and correspondence with industry associations.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or required.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
