The Opportunity: Arrotex is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful product launches and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned products Support, participate and Lead (own portfolio) in the development of annual brand plans Supporting the pipeline and innovation strategic plan, from ideation to activation. Build thorough business case analyses for initiatives and products that drive market penetration and profit maximisation. Up-to-date assessment of markets and industry trends and its impact to portfolio. Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, competitor activities, market dynamics and translate the implications into actionable plans to mitigate risks and maximise opportunity to the category and portfolio. Proficiency in all data sources (Dispense Analytics, IQVIA, TGA, PBS) for insight generation and application. Incorporate pharmaceutical regulations and guideline changes (SPD, PBS, Private, Strategic Agreements) to portfolio and Brand plan, and plan accordingly to minimise risks and maximise opportunities. Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Understanding of the prescription medicines landscape with a focus on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and current and future dynamics that impact the Arrotex portfolio and product pipeline. Familiarity and working understanding of the SPD, PBS, GBMA, MA and TGA Advertising Code. Understanding and experience of product and/or brand management within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. Experience in new Product Development, project development, creative development, brand architecture and equity development will set you up for success in this role. Strategic and Analytical Skills. P&L literacy, forecasting and demand planning. Proficient in full Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
