KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Product Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and execution of the SaaS technology product roadmap for the list of SaaS and COTS applications
  • Schedule and conduct regular project meetings and product performance reviews to enhance the project and address any escalated issues
  • Lead the design, implementation, and steady-state support of the Platform/Application Configuration and Development process, working across cross-functional teams; provide technical leadership to a team in a complex technology environment
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with project teams, business, DPMO, and Journey Partners by gaining a thorough understanding of their needs and business operations in order to provide the best possible solutions
  • Collaborate with the Service Portfolio Management function to ensure deliverables align with Services under management; execute the vision and Product Roadmap of aligned application/platform products, ensuring alignment with wider business functions
  • Lead the design and implementation of the Platform/Application Configuration and Development process, working across cross-functional teams; clearly communicate and accept "Epics" and "Stories" in the backlog

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience with SaaS Platform Configuration and Development and improvement methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; PMP and CSM certification preferred with work experience in mature product and service management
  • Working knowledge of ITSM and Service Delivery; ability to manage complex processes, possesses a value-driven mindset and able to clearly communicate
  • Excellent technical leadership skills by understanding what needs to be achieved and ensuring the solution satisfies the requirements; quick learning agility and strong business acumen with the capability to connect cross-functionally
  • Able to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or escalate to higher management, understand trade-offs, and decide at the platform level; understanding of Agile development practice
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate activities, and work within high-performing teams to lead/support teamwork; exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and teamwork-driven skills
