Adalta Global are exclusively working with a large organization in the Houston Area looking to expand their Workday team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, forward thinking environment with like minded individuals.

This position will be in intermediary between the Sr Technology Manager and the HRIS Analysts with two to three direct reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday Analyst, responsible for the day to day running of the Workday HCM system
  • Consulting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor Workday analysts
  • To assist in integrations, configuration and customization of the Workday system with a deep understanding of processes and business needs.
  • To remain up to date with Workday updates, upgrades and the Workday community.
  • To work collaboratively as a team to troubleshoot, perform audits, develop reports and support all system enhancements.

What you will need:

  • To have a minimum of 5 solid years Workday experience with a proven track record in the above responsibilities
  • To have exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in a Senior Analyst position with direct reports
  • Desirable to have experience with other CRM systems
  • To be a flexible team player with a desire to progress.

You will receive:

  • A base salary of up to $150,000 plus up to 15% annual profit share
