Collaborate in the development and organization of employee recognition programs and events to celebrate achievements and promote a positive work culture. Monitor and analyze employee relations trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Support managers in the performance evaluation process, providing guidance on goal-setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans. Assist in resolving performance-related issues through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and resolutions. Prepare reports and presentations for management review, highlighting trends, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. The successful candidate has: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources functions including experience performing investigations. Proven knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws. A track record of establishing strong alliances with all levels of management while retaining independence of thought. Experience working with multinational and culturally diverse workforce. Experience with rapid growth and a changing work environment. Computer literate and technically savvy. Experience with Community Healthcare Clinics or Healthcare preferred.
