Collaborate with HR, legal, and key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, morale, and retention. Collaborate in the development and organization of employee recognition programs and events to celebrate achievements and promote a positive work culture. Monitor and analyze employee relations trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Support managers in the performance evaluation process, providing guidance on goal-setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans. Assist in resolving performance-related issues through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and resolutions. Prepare reports and presentations for management review, highlighting trends, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. The successful candidate has: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources functions including experience performing investigations. Proven knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws. A track record of establishing strong alliances with all levels of management while retaining independence of thought. Experience working with multinational and culturally diverse workforce. Experience with rapid growth and a changing work environment. Computer literate and technically savvy. Experience with Community Healthcare Clinics or Healthcare preferred.
