**Description**

**Responsibilities:**

* Serve as a support liaison between Sales Management and corporate office

* Complete new vendor paperwork for retail partners

* Follow up on leads and requests for information from retailers and pharmacist inquires

* In coordination with Sales Support, create and maintain a master promotional calendar for retail trade spend, conventions and exhibits

* Maintain and update retail stocking list for online store finder

* Provide data to our sales analyst for retail reporting and analysis

* Serve as a liaison between company Sales Management and retail partners for all SKU and product updates to their systems

* Pull reports from CRM Pipedrive) as requested by Management

* Coordinate retailer deductions, damages and reconciliations with Avadim Accounting and Quality team

* Coordinate accounts payable requirements for all retailer invoices with Avadim Accounting team

* Maintain login and passwords and oversee user access to all retailer portals for AR, Sales Reporting etc.

* Proactively research opportunities for continued revenue growth

* Ability to take on special projects and assignments as needed

**Qualifications and requirements:**

* Strong communication, attention to detail, planning, and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure

* Demonstrated commitment to interdependent teamwork, with little to no instruction on routine work, but receiving general instruction on new assignments

* Solid organization and analytical background

* Proficient in Microsoft programs

**Education:**

Bachelor degree preferred

**Experience**

2-3 years**:**

Sales administrative assistant, sales support, or inside sales preferred.
