Dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé maternité d’une durée de 10 mois, nous recherchons pour notre site de Marin un(e) :
HR Specialist (jusqu'à 60%)
Vos responsabilités
Agir en tant qu’expert clé dans toutes les questions Comp & Ben internationales.
SAP HCM :
Gestion de la plateforme SAP HCM au niveau du groupe (key user), en s’assurant de l’exactitude des données.
Maintenance de la structure organisationnelle globale (SAP Org Management).
Assurer le support aux RH locaux sur les processus RH globaux et l’utilisation du système SAP HCM.
Support de la Vice Présidente RH:
Préparation, suivi et consolidation des processus salariaux annuels (budgets, bonus), en lien avec les différents partenaires impliqués (analyses, projections, saisie et récolte des données, etc.).
Coordination du processus de gestion de la performance au niveau du groupe.
Gestion et amélioration des reportings RH (Headcount, FTE, KPI) en lien avec le département Finance et les Contrôleurs de Gestion.
Reporting des effectifs au niveau suisse et groupe.
Support de la Vice-Présidente RH sur divers sujets.
Contribution à l’amélioration des processus RH et support pour l’implémentation des changements.
Participation à différents projets RH.
Votre profil
Formation RH, économique, ou jugée équivalente.
Expérience confirmée d’au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
Excellente maîtrise de SAP.
Connaissance des pratiques suisses et internationales en matière de rémunération et gestion de la performance.
Aisance avec les chiffres et très bonne maîtrise d’Excel.
Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur et précision.
Bon esprit d’équipe et résistance au stress.
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
