Overview

Our client is seeking an HR Leave Specialist to join their team. Under the supervision of the team manager, this role is responsible for ServiceNow case management of leaves of absence (LOA) and ADA Accommodation. This role will review leave and accommodation cases in accordance with Federal and State guidelines and company policy including: Federal and State Medical Leave (FMLA), short term disability, state and local leave, parental leave, personal leaves of absence. This position maintains consistent contact and timely follow up with team members, creating a positive Leave experience for all. Proactive review and case escalation to third party vendors is also required.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with ServiceNow case management.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State guidelines regarding leaves of absence and ADA Accommodation.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State Medical Leave (FMLA), short term disability, state and local leave, parental leave, and personal leaves of absence.
  • Strong communication skills for maintaining consistent contact and timely follow up with team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create a positive leave experience.
  • Skilled in proactive review and case escalation to third party vendors.
