Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Manager at our Stealth Fintech Startup Alpha office in Los Angeles, CA. The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
