**Essential Functions:**
* Telephone contact with various individuals, both within and outside the Company.
* Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company.
* Maintain acceptable productivity and quality levels established by management.
* Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner when additional information is needed ensuring timely call handling.
* Routes calls to appropriate individuals within company as necessary to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
* Individual must be self-motivated with outstanding customer service, computer and phone skills.
* Perform all tasks with minimum direction from the supervisor and handles special projects assigned by the supervisor.
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures
**Education:**
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
