Meeting planned KPI targets by site and Regional levels. Works with Region Leadership in setting individual operations targets with the operations team and lends support/oversight to ensure execution meets the organizations standards -- all in support of our customer base. Tracking operations goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the operations team. Managing KPIs and various targeted initiatives to achieve target objectives The ongoing training of your operations people -- and assuring team is prepared for work they accomplish. Contributes to training as SME -- delivers training on an on-going basis. Supports operations team through motivation, counseling and service performance education. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or CHMM
