Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, MBA a plus. 3+ years of related work experience. Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques and proficiency with financial analysis. SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI a plus. Knowledge of accounting procedures and proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook. Coachable, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Flexible and sets high standards for work responsibilities.
