1. Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. One (1) year Human Resources Assistant experience; OR one (1) year recruiting, or professional sales experience required; OR demonstrated proficiency as an HR Assistant, Compensation and Benefits Assistant, Recruiting Assistant or Supervisor I at SCF.
Additional Qualifications for Recruiter II: Meets all requirements of Recruiter I in addition to the following:
1. Two (2) years of professional recruiting experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Recruiter I as SCF.
