What You'll Do Drive Financial Accuracy : Perform detailed profit and loss account analysis, balance sheet reviews and journal entry management. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and account reconciliations. Enhance Internal Controls : Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal controls, process flows and overall effectiveness within the accounting function. Lead the Monthly Close : Play a key role in the monthly closing process, including completing balance sheet reconciliations and recording journal entries. Collaborate Across Teams : Communicate and interact with other business departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial processes. Special Projects : Contribute to special projects such as acquisitions and mergers, and assist with financial reporting requirements, including footnotes. Audit Support : Assist in gathering information for audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices. What We're Looking For Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience : 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, with a proven track record in managing monthly closing processes and journal entries. Technical Skills : Proficient in Excel and familiar with Oracle (preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Communication : Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for interacting with various departments.
