Verify balances tie and that changes from prior month reports are reasonable (e.g. Current month move-in's or move-out's, rent steps, etc.) before signing-off on Property’s monthly close-out Ensure timely payment of mortgages, property taxes, and insurance. Update schedules monthly and record needed journal entries Additional duties as assigned by management Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required (or currently taking final classes required for degree completion) Organized and detail oriented Ability to communicate effectively Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel This position is in-person and will office out of our Corporate Office located at 9651 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX.
