Position Overview:

As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements for both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve the collection and analysis of financial data to ensure adherence to reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute general accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and the preparation of financial statements.
2. Accurately record, analyze, and report accounting transactions, maintaining integrity and precision.
3. Provide financial analysis support through forecasting, budgeting, and variance assessments.
4. Prepare statutory accounts, financial statements, and various reports.
5. Research and interpret accounting regulations, offering recommendations for company policies.
6. Potentially oversee the work of others, providing coaching and guidance as necessary.
7. Conduct and document accounting projects, managing special assignments as required.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities (if applicable):
Manage functions such as PIP administration, leases, fixed assets, cash concentration, rebate accounting, and general ledger oversight.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
- A minimum of four years of experience in accounting or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Lawson or GL accounting software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of GAAP, ERISA, and tax regulations is preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
