The Commercial Banking Administrative Manager is primarily responsible for the management and oversight of all Commercial Banking front-office systems, Relationship Manager scorecards, reporting, processes and procedures, products and services (i.e., marketing). The incumbent will possess a strong understanding of Commercial Banking portfolio management, analyzing pricing strategies, evaluating data governance controls, and assisting with reviewing and adjusting related policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank's commercial banking products. Builds relationships and interact with key control functions across the organization such as Compliance, Legal, Operational Risk and Internal Audit to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by the Commercial Banking line of business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitors the effectiveness of the front to back-end processes for Commercial Banking operations. * Implement policy and procedure improvements by working closely with the sales and operations teams. * Manage the CMB Support queues and ensure timely responses to all questions and requests. * Coordinate the review and remediation of all identified issues ensuring the appropriate root-cause analyses are completed and action plans are implemented timely. * Ensure all Commercial Banking personnel have the requisite skills necessary to adequately perform their duties based on the requirements outlined in all procedure manuals as well as based on the results of Quality Assurance Reviews by assisting in the development of training curriculum for personnel and recommending additional training where needed.

Competencies Required:

* Ability to understand and translate complex credit approval packages and interpret complex commercial loan documentation is critical. * Ability to develop a deep knowledge of the client relationship and in-depth product expertise; acts as a subject manger expert (SME). * Solid technology skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power Point) and banking software applications (Bancline, Mozart, nCino, Precision Lender, Accusystems, CLM, ACBS). * Handles difficult situations with diplomacy and resolves conflicts by employing strong negotiations, communications and presentations skills. * Possess strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills. * Strong planning and organizational skills, with an ability to establish a strategic direction and subsequently develop and manage supporting initiatives. * Strong leadership and relationship management skills; ability to build consensus across diverse teams and achieve results through the effort of others; effective change manager, influential and achieves results. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, tact and salesmanship. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong practical knowledge of lending products and services, regulatory guidelines, and industry practices. * Demonstrated ability to research and interpret changes in government regulations and market trends. * Strong analytical, problem solving and judgment skills. * Intermediate to advanced accounting knowledge. * Flexible working schedule.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

* 7 years of credit management, lending and depository experience in the financial services or banking industry required.

Formal Education & Certification:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Work Status:

* Full-Time.

Supervisory Responsibility:

* 2 or more direct reports.

Travel:

* 10% travel may be required.

Working Conditions:

* Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
