Greet showroom customers and direct them to the appropriate department.

Answer incoming phone calls and manage the store multi-line phone system.

Input customer data into customer management system.

Provide customers with company information, store hours, and answer general questions.

Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.

Conduct general administrative duties.

Other duties assigned by management.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior office experience is a preferred.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment .
Proficient working knowledge of Outlook and computers.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
