If you’re ready to join a company where what you do makes a difference and you have pride in the work you are doing, talk to us about joining the Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation family The PEX Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for working within an assigned territory (region), developing an external team of highly productive sales agents and implementing a sales plan to grow the business. The RSM cultivates and manages strategic customer relationships with key end-user stakeholders, partners, and industry. This role is responsible for sales growth and market share opportunities with new and existing customers. This high visibility commercial role will leverage key cross-functional partnerships with Zurn Elkay's commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams to effectively drive business growth. Key Accountabilities

Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to sell the organization's products and/or services to increase revenue.

Ensures that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs

Responsible for sustaining and renewing client contracts

Cultivate and manage strategic customer relationships with key stakeholders-end-users, partners, and industry.

Build and manage an ambitious PEX sales funnel, leveraging CRM for account management, forecasting, and daily work.

Provide qualitative voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to Zurn Elkay organization regarding customer purchase cycles, PEX industry trends, and competitive positioning.

Identify and communicate "80/20" continuous improvement opportunities that result in increased ease of doing business, improved customer satisfaction, and reduced operational costs for Zurn Elkay.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required - preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering.

5+ years Territory and Key Account Management Experience

Knowledge of direct manufacturing sales, 2-step distribution (retail / wholesale), rep agencies, and their related materials purchasing pathways is essential.

Experience managing and driving growth through Independent Representatives in residential and commercial channel.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Technical acumen, with ability to understand technical drawings, and do take-offs.

Proficient in developing and delivering presentations to Engineers, Owners, Regulators, Architects, Contractors, Wholesalers, Distributors

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

Familiarity with DCRM, or Sales Force, or similar sales tracking tools

Team player, with demonstrated ability to leverage internal dotted line relationships.
