Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Finance Manager is a strategic thought-leadership role supporting Health & Wellness business, including Pharmacy, Optical and Walmart Health. We are looking for experience developing data-driven insights (i.e., dashboards, reports, and financial models) used to lead our decisions. Providing financial planning and analysis support for H&W Operations, you will focus on Operations Regional analysis, monthly Wage forecast, annual operating plan (AOP) and other ad hoc responsibilities to optimize performance across multiple programs.
What you'll do:
- Support the bi-weekly Wage financials of the Health and Wellness Pharmacy and Optical businesses
- Contribute to overall financial support for business leaders across multiple business areas, providing insight to Operations business leaders.
- Manage annual budget and long-range planning process.
- Offer decision support by assisting with business solutions; develop financial forecasts; lead ad-hoc projects as requested by the business.
- Highlights risks and opportunities associated with financial and growth projections; share insight on relevant historical trends and future events.
- Promote and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, values, and ethics standards through training and execution.
- You improve results with financial knowledge and technical/analytical capabilities.
- You're familiar with design thinking and building financial models.
- You're familiar with (or expertise in) visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- You manage the interconnectivities of departments.
- You're stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.
- You can build strategic relationships - Builds relationships with main partners, strategic understanding, and accelerate business improvements.
- You can develop and articulate financial plans and targets - Help develop financial goals and communicate performance to business leaders.
- You lean into financial results and data to guide insights across multiple projects and business lines.
