Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  4. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team objectives.
  5. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and synergy in sales efforts.
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
