Job Title: Patient Access Rep IV

Job Description

Summary: The main function of a patient access representative is to act as the liaison between the organization and the customer/patient. They will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a positive customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between LabCorp and the customer base and patients.

- Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound/outbound calls or the Internet.

- Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures.

- Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.

- Provide additional customer education and information as needed.

- Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting LabCorp's products and services.

- Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.

- Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.

- Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.

- Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Environment

Candidate can sit remote. The hiring manager is flexible with time zones as she is in the West but works EST time zone.

Location: USA - CA - Monrovia - 655 E Huntington Drive (CA501)

Full-time: 1st Shift (8:30AM-5PM)

Pay range: $23 to $23.50, depending on states. Recommended for submitting candidate is $22-$23.
