Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and service to residents and guests. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and acting as a liaison between residents and management.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet everyone who enters the building with a warm and friendly attitude, providing direction and guidance as necessary to ensure a positive first impression.
- Resident Assistance: Assist residents upon their arrival in the building, addressing their needs and ensuring an enjoyable visit to the club
- Vendor Management: Log vendors in and out of the building, ensuring compliance with security protocols and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between residents and management, effectively communicating resident needs, concerns, and feedback to the appropriate parties.
- Phone Management:** Answer incoming calls professionally, taking accurate and detailed messages when necessary, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Resident Support:Field resident questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Management Support: Provide additional support to the Management team as needed, assisting with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Local Knowledge:Develop a strong understanding of the local area and community resources to better assist residents and guests with inquiries and recommendations
Full-Time Wednesday thru Sunday - varying 8 hour shiftsweekends a must
Pay rate: $20-$23 DOE
