is seeking highly motivated and outgoing inside Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our amazing team in Peoria, IL or Remote We have full and part-time BDR positions available. BDRs are responsible for outbound calls and lead nurturing in order to pass them along to Business Development Mangers (BDM). BDRs need to be able to open doors and opportunities. The BDR also needs to be comfortable on the phone and have a personality in order to get prospects excited about the next steps with our products and services. BDMs must be able to work in in a fast-paced and goal driven environment. BDMs must be highly energetic, optimistic and focused on being part of a growing sales organization.
Responsibilities of Business Development Representatives:
Contact and follow up with leads generated from various marketing campaigns across different advertising platforms and convert into appointments for BDMs
Place outbound calls to prospects for developing new leads
Execute established daily cadence of prospecting and conversations to qualify leads and create new Sales Qualified Opportunities for BDMs
Ability to penetrate targeted accounts with an innovative and strategic approach in defined territory
Manage database for each lead/prospect via HubSpot CRM
Manage each lead/prospect and provide detailed notes of each call-complete all the necessary questions to help understand lead/prospect
Must display accountability along with desire for personal growth and ownership
Attend sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in regards to the market place
Requirements of
Business Development Representatives:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to successfully relate to prospects and the management team
Outgoing and confident personality for phone sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience using CRM software or other web based applications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
Attention to details and time management skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, policies, documents and regulations
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, prospects, clients, customers and the general public
Skill and ability to meet people, listen, and sell
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, pro-rata, percentages, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic accounting
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
