They are looking for a Property Accountant who will be responsible for the books and records of several properties in the company’s portfolio. This position will also be preparing and reviewing journal entries, cash analysis, bank reconciliations, and other accounting duties. Assist in the preparation of year-end audit packages. Monitor accounts receivable and notify management of collection efforts when necessary. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required. 2-3 years of Residential property management accounting experience is highly preferred.
