Handles all administrative tasks such as drafting and submitting job requisitions, prescreening candidates, interviewing candidates, onboarding employees, I-9 verification and presenting new hire-orientation. Ensures the onboarding process is completed and ensures all new hires are supported through the first 30/60/90 days of employment. Maintains and oversees strict confidential personnel files and other confidential information within the department. Tracks compliance for all Team Members with required certifications and training. Provides advance notice of deadlines and follows up with Team Members to ensure continued compliance. Interacts with Team Members regularly and refers Employee Relations concerns to the Director of Operations, General Manager, or People & Culture Business Partner as appropriate. Resolves pay inconsistencies and timekeeping issues with employees and managers. Coordinates several HR functions including health/wellness program, company discounts, updating intranet/online applications, and answering HR related questions. Coordinates the processing of termination paperwork and facilitates delivery of final checks. Works closely with LOA Specialists and Benefit Specialists on implementing annual regulations. Answer multi-line telephone promptly and courteously. Greet internal and external visitors with enthusiasm and notify appropriate staff members of their presence. Manage office supply orders and inventory, place orders for team members as required. Handle maintenance of copy machines, printers, and call-in general service requests as needed. Prepare Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, and courier requests. Performs other duties as assigned.
