The Finance Manager will be responsible for partnering with leaders to impact decisions and drive value for Ouro through the successful execution of strategies. Utilizing internal data collected, this role will analyze financial results, establish financial objectives, prepare and update forecasts and create analyses and reports for driving business decisions. This position reports directly to the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute financial analyses and financial models in order to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts Research and provide variance analyses to budget and forecast Develop financial reporting packages, understand and track key drivers & metrics Present and communicate financial performance of the business to leaders, executives and key stakeholders Develop, implement and manage a forecasting process for new programs and product features Utilize Hyperion Financial and Oracle Fusion in the internal data gathering function Prepare and present full P&L financial models related to new and renewal business Consolidation support

Skills/Education/Experience:

3-5 years of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience or accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to accurately compile and interpret complex and varied information Advanced excel skills associated with financial modeling and analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well with internal teams to extract business needs and reporting requirements Experience with Hyperion Financial tools (Essbase / EPM), and Oracle Fusion preferred As provided in NetSpend's Background Check policy, eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks, which will be conducted and used in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws
