We also actively collaborate with leading groups in academia and industry to promote research ideas and publish research findings in internationally renowned conferences and journals. Job Description Conduct advanced R&D in 3D perception and deep learning to address challenges in autonomous systems. Work with an international team of experts to transfer and apply the Bosch in-house 3D vision innovations and solutions to Bosch products and services, such as XC video-only parking and driving, data auto-labeling service, etc. Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and market trends by attending academic conferences, technical events, and seminars. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Master or Ph.D. in Engineering or Computer Science 2+ years of engineering experience or equivalent graduate research experience Hands-on experiences in computer vision and deep learning, with work in at least two of the following areas: vision transformers, multimodal language models, diffusion models, NeRF, Gaussian splatting, object detection/segmentation, pose estimation, 3D scene understanding, sensor calibration, autonomous driving, SfM, voxel/BEV grid-based feature representation. Programming experience in Python and/or C++ and hands on experience with libraries such as OpenCV, Tensorflow, and PyTorch. Preferred Qualifications Strong background in math and statistics Publication record in top venues including CVPR, ICCV, ICRA, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGGRAPH, PAMI, IJCV Experience in working with hardware systems. Experience in product development in the above-mentioned areas for consumer/enterprise markets. Experience in leading R&D project & team dealing with international customers. Leadership skills with excellent English communication & teamwork skills.
