Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. New Product Introduction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering and production, to facilitate the smooth introduction of new products into manufacturing. Ensure that production processes are capable of meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements for new product launches. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Lead or support projects related to process optimization, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement.
