The Business Processes Specialist II (BPS) will support the FCS Business Process Team to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through a combination of techniques that provide standardization, consistency, and optimization to achieve FCS's mission of protecting people, assets, and reputation. The BPC will support the identification of risks within business processes. This will involve developing, reporting, and monitoring issues and methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Develop standardized Business Process documentation/resources from initiation to completion in partnership with SMEs, including playbooks, SOPs, process maps, and communications to FCS.

Design new processes for the FCS organization and contribute towards solving process-related challenges that the organization may encounter.

Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and adjust as needed.

Develop diagrams, process maps, and other graphics necessary to ensure execution of efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. These efforts will drive operational efficiencies, while reducing or eliminating waste, human error in process hand-offs, and clearly identifying roles and responsibilities.

Apply rigorous project management techniques to planning and implementing cross-functional initiatives that support current goals and objectives.

Coordinate with various FCS Teams and others to intake regional requests and initiate project alignment and solutions.

Develop insightful recommendations to address complex operational and strategic problems with business processes.

Evaluate the impact of proposed changes with attention to scalability and sustainability over time.

Foster strong cross XFN partnerships and effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines.

Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and resolve conflicts while communicating decisions in a timely manner.

Design and compose weekly reports, meeting minutes, and quarterly business reviews for stakeholders and GS leadership.

Maintain project management resources and tools including templates, dashboards, project sprints, and enhanced project workflows.

Ability to be flexible and nimble to support initiatives at a global scale in order to move fast and meet deadlines.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

At least 3 years of industry experience

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes

Demonstrated project management skills and experience in driving solutions

Knowledge of processes & procedures development

Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Business Process Modeling (ISO 9001) and Visio or similar type process flow software

Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organization

Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting

Ability to quickly learn and master new technology

Possesses planning, organizational, motivational skills, and is detail oriented

Ability to understand broader business issues

Knowledge of risk assessment and control
