Essential Functions: Build and maintain step-by-step documentation of back-office and underwriting processes Assist in training new underwriting teams in use of the system Coordinate business process outsourcing (BPO) tasks Assist onboarding of new teams, programs, projects Send underwriting correspondences (issuing insurance notices, underwriting documentation, reports, mailings etc ) as directed Support run-off programs as directed Collaborate with other divisions within DUAL NA on projects as they are assigned A ssist other areas of the operations with shared services Other clerical duties, office support, and short-term projects as needed Follow policies and procedures Handle multiple and varying assignments daily and be able to properly evaluate importance Work independently for extended periods Willingness to learn new software Job Requirements (education, experience, skills): Preferred: Associates Degree Insurance Industry Experience Experience working in a “paperless” environment. Required : A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience working in an office environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams Basic math skills needed for determining premium amounts, commissions, etc. Solid understanding of Insurance terminology Proficiency in agency management system(s) .
