Project Locations: Miami, FL & Fort Lauderdale, FL

Status: Full-time employee

Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in asset management with knowledge of
commercial construction equipment like Generators, Chillers/HVAC, Heavy Machinery, Fuel Tanks,
Trucks/Golf Carts/Mini-Trucks, Trailers, Storage Containers, Dehumidifiers, Water Extractors, Air Cleaning
Systems, and other Misc Small Equipment.

Education Level: High School Diploma Required and Associate's degree Preferred

Compensation: $25-$30/hour

Benefits: 100% employer paid health, dental, and vision insurance for individual plans, sick and vacation time,
and bonuses available based on performance

Responsibilities: The Asset Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining all assets of our company. This is a
person with asset management experience that purchases, tracks, maintains, services, and documents all large
company assets. Must have the ability to:

1. Organize equipment inventory and improve tracking, maintaining and servicing process
2. Use ERP system and Excel to manage equipment inventory
3. Effectively communicate re: assets with Field Administrators or Project Managers
4. Assess issues and determine resolutions of the problem
5. Able to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner
6. Able to ensure all tags, titles, and proof of insurance are maintained on all vehicles and equipment
7. Able to coordinate the repairs to all vehicles and some large equipment
8. Able to start, run and test small and large generators
9. Able to perform work on weekends or after hours as needed
10. Able to drive a box truck and larger equipment

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:

*ERP Systems Experience
*Microsoft Excel Experience
*Large Equipment (Generators, Chillers, Forklift) Experience
*Bilingual (Spanish) A Plus
**Very reliable and punctual
*Very strong computer and communication skills
*Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
