Leeds Professional Resources is seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to lead the optimization of our commercial real estate portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize property value, improve operational performance, and drive long-term growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and Implement Asset Management Strategies: Create and execute plans to enhance property value, achieve financial objectives, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Property Performance: Monitor and manage leasing, tenant relations, capital improvements, and property maintenance to ensure optimal results.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Examine financial statements, market data, and property reports to identify opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Property Management Teams: Work closely with property management teams to ensure efficient operations, adherence to budgets, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage Annual Business Plans and Budgets: Prepare and execute annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each asset to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Negotiate and Manage Leases: Collaborate with leasing teams to negotiate and manage leases, renewals, and tenant improvements.
  • Conduct Property Inspections and Market Assessments: Regularly inspect properties and assess market trends to identify opportunities for property enhancement and repositioning.
  • Prepare Financial Reports and Presentations: Develop and present detailed financial reports and presentations to senior management and investors.
  • Coordinate with External Partners: Collaborate with external partners, including brokers, contractors, and legal advisors, to support property initiatives.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activity: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform asset strategy.
  • Support Acquisition and Disposition Activities: Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to support acquisition and disposition activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, property management, or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills; knowledge of commercial real estate markets; excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong project management abilities, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
