For more than 90 years, The Church Insurance Companies (CIC) has focused on providing The Episcopal Church with broad, cost-effective property and casualty coverage, as well as unique risk management strategies and tools. This team takes a disciplined, financially sustainable, and hands-on approach. The Data Services Coordinator- Property & Casualty, will work as a team member of the Property & Casualty Data Services Unit to maintain data in systems that support the property and casualty companies and process hard copy and electronic insurance policies. The is a part time (19 hours a week) position, that is not eligible for benefits. Hours and days worked throughout the week are negotiable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Data entry in multiple systems
  • Fulfillment and quality assurance of customer facing documents
  • Mail distribution and bulk mailings
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Scanning and other general office duties
  • Effective performance of the essential functions of this position requires regular in-person, on-site interaction with colleagues, both for purposes of relationship building and meaningful collaboration.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and excellent time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years general office experience required
  • Experience with P&Cinsurance preferred
  • HS diploma or Equivalent preferred. Combination of education and experience considered

WORK ENVIRONMENT Currently, hybrid work environment, which requires working in CPG‘s office Tuesdays through Thursdays and flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Hourly Salary Rate for this position: $21.00
