The Clinical Training and Implementation Specialist is responsible for creating, designing, implementing, and continually improving training programs for nurses and other clinicians. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participates in strategic planning with clinical manager and other administrators to identify trends in clinical area and related future training. Conducts training needs analysis to gather information and target future training opportunities. Evaluates current programs for relevance and successful outcomes. Designs and develops curricula and clinical education programs for new, existing, and upgraded clinical informatics software, including all education materials, training schedules, exercises, and skills evaluations.
