As the

Account Manager

/Broker Manager , you will champion the iconic Russell Stover brand through appropriate promotion and pricing activities. To achieve our goal of aggressively growing net sales and gaining market share, we are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven mindset. As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have experience thriving in a fast-growing CPG environment with the ability to be a collaborative, responsive partner with both internal and external customers.

What you will be doing...

Manage the day-to-day relationship with various brokers/customers, among various classes of trade, candy/procurement buyers & internal cross-functional teams (i.e., UNFI, SpartanNash, Discount Drug Mart, Kinney Drug, Travel Retail, Convenience, etc.)Manage the day-to-day relationship with Broker Partner (CSN)Manage budgets and funds to achieve optimal ROIEnsure consistent forecast accuracy on a monthly & annual basisDevelop and execute ongoing distribution objectivesSupport and execute Everyday and seasonal product presentations to meet current and future objectivesPlan and implement promotional plansBudget and manage trade fundsCollect / analyze competitive activity on an ongoing basis and perform as a category expert (via IRI / Circana, Retailer Data, etc.)Do you have what it takes?

(Basic Qualifications)

3 years of sales/account management experienceEffective story-building and public speaking for internal/ external presentationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsDemonstrated ability in public speaking and effective customer presentationsHigh level of follow-up, availability, and responsiveness to internal and external partnersDo you stand above the rest?

(Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in BusinessExperience in direct CPG account managementKnowledge and experience within the grocery channel and/or with AlbertsonsStrong understanding and experience leveraging syndicated IRI dataExperience with promotional planning/deduction management systems or proven experience with managing financials related to promotional product spendingAbility to create financial recommendations utilizing basic ROI analysisProficient in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
