Its subsidiaries were strategically formed over time to add value to the real estate investment by providing proprietary and third-party development and management services, including design and procurement, general contracting, hotel operations, and lifestyle branding.Business Development Associate Responsibilities:The Business Development Associate prepares meeting agendas and briefings, maintains meeting notes, and arranges for implementation of action items. Maintains a task list of requests, and updates based on progress and communicates regularly on those advancements.Manage zoning, entitlement, and permitting activities Perform underwriting process, including analysis of market information, operational expense data, and estimated hard and soft costsSupports and/or administers projects or processes for division/department.Review and analyze engineering and architectural construction plans and contract documentsAssist with the development of budgets and timelines for the various stages of acquisition and development.Coordinate with project consultants during the due diligence process including architects, engineers, appraisers, market analysts, surveyors, title companies, etc. as necessaryAbility to lead and guide the production of documents, contracts and presentations.Collaborate with various teams to execute the company directives, while balancing multiple organizational priorities in our fast-paced environment.Qualifications•2-4 years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Investments with relevant real estate development experience.•Advanced proficiency in Excel•Bachelor's degree in architecture•3 years related professional experience.•Knowledge of commercial real estate, hospitality, residential & mixed-use•Advances proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite•Familiar with Revit•Experience working on project teams.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Strong design skills in all phases of work and production•Excellent organization and attention to detail•Handle confidential information meticulously; escalate any required information with discretion.•Desire to grow into a larger role.Exceptional benefits including elective Medical, Dental, Vision, and Short-Term Disability coverage.Enjoy the Holidays We offer Seven (7) paid holidays throughout the year.Company paid Basic Life Insurance, AD&D, Long-term Disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Travel Assistance Program.Paid Time Off (PTO)"Insite Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Drug-free Workplace.
