Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Sell to and expand our service offerings with existing and new clients in our target markets of Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Corporations
- Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business
- Manage multiple client relationships and engagements including addressing any client issues
- Develop and solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships
- Proactively seek new clients that align with our target customer profiles and strategically plan and execute a sales plan
- Attend national industry trade shows and seminars
- Assist with integrating diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and execute a sales plan that results in new client revenues
- Build relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects
- Assist with addressing any client complaints or concerns
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Insurance or engineering industry experience preferred
- Outside B2B sales experience highly preferred
- Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, relationship management & time management skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must have own vehicle
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, mostly local
- Ability to travel about 10% of the time via airline
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to drive and travel to client locations and conferences
