The Director of Brand Marketing position leads and oversees the marketing efforts for Saint Viator High School. This position will be responsible and accountable for developing strategic marketing initiatives to attract, engage, and retain students, alumni and donors.

Primary Responsibilities Lead and oversee a Marketing team in developing an integrated and comprehensive marketing strategy and managing multiple marketing plans across various audiences to achieve designated KPIs across the various initiatives. Generate and maintain an overarching school communication plan. Develop and execute marketing plans, programs, timelines and budgets, to drive engagement and enrollment. Responsible and accountable for the development of messaging strategy, positioning, differentiators, and value proposition. Responsible and accountable for researching and analyzing competitive landscape, industry trends, demographic characteristics of target markets, and translate findings into actionable strategies. Partner with key stakeholders and Institutional Advancement team to develop marketing initiatives to meet development objectives across alumni and donor audiences. Develop and produce the Lion for Life magazine with assistance from Alumni Relations Manager. Partner with the Admissions Department on marketing and communications efforts to prospective students, families, and partner schools/parishes across key campaigns. Oversee brand implementation across departments - i.e. Athletics, Marketplace, etc. Act as the go-to marketing expert for internal and external communications. Work closely with the Communications manager to ensure consistent strategy and messaging and provide oversight on reporting and optimizations across touchpoints. Oversee the production of video messaging and photo shoots. Manage, coach, and develop the marketing team by providing clear roles and responsibilities, expectations, performance, and development opportunities. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Analytical skills, able to interpret multiple data sets to identify trends Skilled in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Express/Canva, Website management, digital ad buys (GoogleAds, social ads), and social media management. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, cross-functional teams, alumni, students, and families. Marketing Team

Communications Manager - website, newsletters (weekly school newsletter, weekly admissions newsletters, parish bulletins, monthly alumni newsletter, quarterly donor newsletter), social media management (across school, alumni, admissions - across various platforms - LinkedIn, FB, IG, X), weekly reporting, and database management. Photographer/Videographer - oversees and contracts out services when needed (reduce contract with VIP) Communications Intern - planned social media posts
