RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS).
- Utilize HR software and tools to streamline recruitment and other HR processes.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews as needed.
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
